Fishero & Chicks!

HOWDY!!

I know it's been a while since the last time I was here. Being busy is an issue but being lazy/procrastination isn't an excuse but my reason is the latter hahaha!! Anyways, life is per normal as always; working, hanging with friends, doing the same old thing, etc. but recently, I've adopted a hobby or I might say "pleasureable experience" after nearly 11 years of not into it... and that is fishing! I'll go into further details afterwards. Just now, I've ran into an article about "The Best Job In The World" and your job is just laze around, swimming, snorkelling around an island in Australia. Click here for more details. Previously, I'd bought a new phone (Nokia N96) to replace my old one (Nokia N70), extending my 2 years of contract and upgrading my plans. It's the latest model and the upcoming one would be Nokia N97 which is a touch screen phone and I don't think I'd fancied touch screen phones coz it's too leceh and it's easily dirty.
Anways, last Saturday midnight/morning, I met up with both Aif & Jimmy at a coffeeshop opposite Salleh's crib to go fishing at ECP (East Coast Park eh not EmailCashPro *-*). I went to eat there first before we took a cab heading to 2 places; Tampines to pick up Tauhid (Aif's schoolmate & bandmate) & finally ECP. Initially, I thought that the 3; Aif, Jimmy & Tauhid are going there by cycling but sadly, Aif's bicycle wheel is panchet. Upon reaching ECP, we went to 7-11 to buy some beverages. Along the way, I saw my cousin, Khalid & his friends. He said they were jogging around there that time. So we walk towards a best spot to pitch out tent and we finally got one; it's near to a water-breaker, of course, near by the beach... and there were some police and ambulance there too. I saw some of the police officers quesioning some Indian teens about something, probably there's some trouble going on around there before we arrived but... it's non of our concern. After choosing a good spot, we finally settle down, pitch our tent, put our barang2 inside and do our fishing rods stuffs. It took us more than an hour before we can finally go fishing on the water-breaker because there're several issues; it's dark and we have only 2 torchlights, some of us (excluding me) lost small pieces of the fishing stuffs like the nylon thread, the hook, scissors, plyers, etc. During fishing, there're some majusis (as what Jimmy is referring to mice & rats) and cockroaches. Luckily, there's no cats nor dogs around. Maybe these creatures had smell our bait (prawns) which draws them near. After a couple of hours of fishing, we decided to rest and fish later in the next morning. Tauhid was sleeping at a nearby bench, Aif decided to rest in the tent but I told him that there's a flying cockroach so he asked me to go in first and kill it. After deposing the dead cockroach, he went inside and zip up the tent to prevent any other creatures from entering. A few minutes later, Jimmy entered and quickly zip up the tent as a mouse is going inside too.. Haha!! I wondered why are there cockroaches and mice at the beach. Hmmm... Maybe they live within the cracks of the water-breaker and only comes out during night time.
The next morning, I'm still awake and went out to find our baits and beverages gone cleaned by the accursed banglas! Walaw!! How can we fish later without any baits? Jimmy was frustrated. Meanwhile, we enjoyed nature by washing out feets near the sea-waters before heading over to look for some people who's fishing ... and probably ask them whether they had any baits left. Aif was still sleeping at that time as it was still dawn. We happened to meet this pakcik who was fishing along the coast and he gave us the remaining prawns left. We continued fishing till our last bait before packing up for breakfast. We had nasi lemak for breakfast at a coffeeshop in Marine Parade. It's my treat. Thanks Kurt! Hehehe.. We relax for a few minutes before heading home. I went to the nearest ATM machine to draw out some money before taking a cab home. The 4 of us were physically, mentally and spiritually faggot to the.... I don't what till we slept in the cab (luckily the cabby didn't woke us up). We alighted at 3 different locations; Tauhid in Simei, both me & Aif at HM (Hougang Mall) and Jimmy, the last to AMK (Ang Mo Kio). Aif went home afterwards while I went to Popular bookstore in Hougang Mall to get a birthday present for Shai later. I went home and ZzZzZz....
Later, I woke up at 6:30pm but earlier on, I'd promised Sam that I'll meet him at 6pm coz we're heading over to Shai's birthday party somewhere in Downtown East, Pasir Ris. I took Bus No. 89 towards Downtown East and walk a little bit and there; I met both Sam & Sara. We had a puff before proceeding to the party. I wondered why we're encouraged to wear shirts with flowery patterns and yet, only 3 guys are wearing it (including me)... and the shirt was damn tight for me. OMG!! Upon reaching, we sign our names and wishes at the reception and proceed at the buffet corner. There were games played there... and also familiar faces too like Farhan, Taufiq, Yazid, Aishah, Ayie & his fiance, this actor I-don't-know-what's-his-name (I think is either Hawk/Hunk) and he previously act in S'pore's Triple 9 as one of the villains who always escapes from the police, etc. We came to the end of the party by cutting of the cake, personal birthday wishes to Shai and pictures taken.
Afterwards, me, Sam & Sara walk towards Pasir Ris Interchange. Sara is going to meet some of his friends around his area while me & Sam took a cab to Grandlink Square to play LAN games. Sara joined in the ride but he alighted at Paya Lebar MRT. After playing LAN, we walk out around 2am+ and have our last 2 puffs before heading home.
Well, hope to go fishing the next time and probably, pick a better spot to fish. We'd decided the next time would be PRP (Pasir Ris Park eh not People's Republican Party). Anyways, here are some pictures for those days so......... ENJOY!!

My new Nokia N96 phone

2 thumbs up for O'Brien's hehehe...

A Week of Heinous-sus

SALUTE!!

Hey people! How're you guys doing today on a "not so lovely Sunday"? Well, why I'm saying this because right now, I'M WORKING!!! GAWD-DAMMIT!!! Who works on Sundays? And somemore tomorrow is a public holiday! I'm not in the mood.. But I'm in the mood to blog and share my experiences with you guys coz as I'm working today, I got nothing better else to do (besides job tasks, paperworks, sending/receiving emails, etc..). Well, I'm kindda free now to do whatever I want now.

All I can say is this week is kindda heinous; 2 days of rest, 3 days of working + 2 nights of working = 5 days of working. Usually, I'd more rest days compared to my working days but that depends.. And I'd didn't say "days of off" coz any of my rest days, I'll be summoned up to work (ie. in standby/second standby mode) in case 1/2 of my colleagues can't make. Luckily for the upcoming week, I only work for 2 nights and the rest is rest days.

Anyways, last Thursday I met up Sam at the KFC outside Hougang Mall and that day, it was pouring massively. Sam told me that it's his first time seeing me bringing an umbrella. We went in to KFC to have our meal.. I went to bought the Christmas Buddy Meal which is worthwhile for the two of us. While eating, Zaf call me to accompany him to SSDC. I told him to meet us at Hougang Mall at first, then told him to meet us Ang Mo Kio Banquet. After eating, we went outside for a puff and were waiting for Salleh to say hi-hi bye-bye to us as he's rushing off to work. After he left, we went to Hougang Mall to go to the Challenger to buy my earpiece. As we were waiting for the elevator and it's DAMN crowded with beruks, we cancelled going to the Challenger and head over to AMK as Zaf is on his way there there. We took Bus No. 74 and it won't take longer than ½ hours to get there as it's old, jerky and of it's hydraulic speed.. Everytime the COE keeps extending. WTF!?

Upon arriving, we head over to Banquet and waited for Zaf. As usual, when he arrives, he started out his nonsense and out-of-point topics. That makes Sam pissed! He said he's going to a Starhub shop to buy something regarding about his laptop thingy. We accompany him there for a couple of minutes before heading over to the LAN shop. We spend about 2-3 hours there playing Generals: Zero Hour while Zaf plays Fifa. Then the three of us plays Battlefield and for Sam, it's his first. We only left the shop when our comps were automatically switched off while we're enjoying playing. We head over to Macs to have our meals. We head home about 1:30am.

On Friday morning, I woke up later than expected but managed to get to work on time. Took a cab there and do my usual thingy.

Yesterday on Saturday, I woke up late AGAIN but managed to take a bus to work. At night, meet with Sam at Eunos Interchange, had dinner and hang out with him. We went home before 12am.

Today, I woke up early (ie. at 5:30am as what I'd set my alarm) and went to Macs to have breakfast. Hang around for the moment before taking Bus No. 151 to work. At night, I'll be meeting Sam at Tampines and maybe, we'll catch a movie since this week is kinnda "tight" for me.. And I guess I should deserved a reward, don't I?

Well folks, that's all I have for today and hope to see you handsomely soon!

I would like to wish you guys (whether you're a Malay, Muslim, Moslem, Mausoleum, Indons, Chinese, Siamese, Japanese, Indian, Arabs, Turks, Parsis, Persians (Iranians), Spartans, Eurasian, Caucasian, Ang Most, Ni**as, Jews, Majusis/whatever race you're) SELAMAT HARI RAYA HAJI/AIDILADHA AH EH!!!

Well, here are some photos that's kindda new and I'd like to share... The first and second pics are my E-guitars ft. amp and cables. Thirdly, me test-strumming it and lastly, Aif examines it with a letih face.

Satisfiying AH EH!!

HELLO! (Jimmy's voice)

Waddup pipz!? It's been a long time or perhaps, ages since the last time I blogged. In fact, I love to blog but I can't find the perfect time to blog... and finally the time has come for me to blog a PURRFECT entry (eventhough it's just a normal entry). Well, I'm quite proud with a friend of mine which is Salleh AKA Synyster Salleh (his new nick/identity) AH EH coz he'd changed from a 3rd world person to a modern/prosperous person. Good to hear that he had both a MySpace & a Facebook account but that's not all.. He even had his very own blog! So that was like..... FUUUUUYYYYOOOOOOOHHHHHHH!! Kau dah banyak berubah ah Salleh!! All I can say is that there's nothing more than meeting the "one" wearing red and black stripes long sleeve T, a scratched pimple on the side of the nose but with plaster, wearing a fedora and claws. You can try visting his site here for more details.

Well, if you're asking me how's my job like these days, I'd rate it 7/10. Life has never been greater when compared to my previous ones but which job doesn't have their own stress, tension, dullness, pricks or politics? I'd seen my fair and share here. Like I said before, I wanna stay here as long as I can to gain experience and most importantly.... higher salary (if possible haha..!!)

Anyways, last Saturday, both me & Salleh went to Peninsula Plaza around evening (I can't remember what time is it). Salleh wants to look for a red and black stripes long sleeve T as he already have a red and black stripes short sleeve T so he could look like Freddy Krueger! So he bought it and the T doesn't exactly look like one as it has very large V-shaped infront. As long as it's red and black stripes, it's fine with him. Well, thought that day, he's going for a shopping spree but it's the opposite; I bought a non-studded belt, a black long sleeve shirt (which looks like Paul Bearer as what Salleh said) and 2 pair of black and beage (I don't know whether it should be called a jeans/not due to it's quality/non-denim-like) jeans totaling about $150. After shopping on clothings, I went to Davis and bought a brand new I. Suzuki black electric guitar per set and a free Kustom amp with it cost for $235. I've tried my new guitar at the shop and it sounds well on the amp. No distortion/Metal Zone/whatever they call it are required. Kindda happy to have a new guitar and it's like... "something" that "someone's" possess kindda thingy after I've sold my old one to Cash Converter months ago. Feeling sad, but happy to have a brand new one!

Afterwards, we hang around outside Penin and I called Aif but couldn't get through. I called Zaf later on and he said that he'd just finish training for drama. Initially, I asked him out to meet us at Penin but he's too tired to travel far so I suggested we meet up at AMK. Since we're taking cab to AMK, he asked whether we could pick him up at The Serangoon CC. We agreed and make our way there. After picking him up and on the way to AMK, we're stuck at a traffic jam. In my mind, there's surely an accident. When we went in closer, 3 vehicles were involved; a cab, a crashed car hit by a lamp post and "turtle" (upside down) van. Unlike the old times, now is quite common to see vehicles turned "turtle" maybe because they speed at either on the wrong lane/at the wrong time. But hey! Some are quite lucky to still have their lives with them unlike the "fated" ones. But I'm still thinking, why are Singaporeans so kepo and kiasu? When there's an accident, there would be a traffic jam.. a massive one unlike the one at the Woodlands/Tuas Checkpoint. Is it because they like to kepo-kepo and see or they want to reach to their destination fast. Reaching to their designated destination is one thing but to think otherwise is another. Anyways, back to my story, we alighted somewhere near the bus stop and went to Banquet to have dinner. After dinner, we went in to the LAN shop and played LAN for around 2 hours + before we took a cab and went home. Upon reaching home, I tried out my new guitar with the amp and it sounds........FUCKING AWESOME!!! This is one of the shit I'm long waiting to buy for.

The next day, both me and Salleh went to The Serangoon CC to watched TPK's big show. For more details, check out this site. Both Aif and Zaf were involved in the show and we came down to watch and support them. Before it, Salleh was from his friend's wedding and came down to meet me around my area after that. We went to KFC to have my lunch there and we took Bus No. 165 to the CC. We thought we're late but we're supposed to be seated at 2:30pm and the show will start at 3pm. Ira, Jimmy and Rafe had already seated. We enjoyed the 2 shows; the main play and the Bangsawan but there's a 15 minutes break in between which is good for them and for us. After the show which ended at 5pm, me, Salleh, Ira, Jimmy and Rafe went out and have a puff (except for Ira) and during that time, we got to meet the cast; Zaf, Din and later on, Aif. We hang around at the CC as the cast and crew members are taking their photos. Afterwards, me, Salleh, Aif, Ira, Jimmy and Rafe went jamming at Beat Merchants (which is at Jalan Pinang, Arab St.) for an hour. We took 2 bus there; first to AMK and from AMK, we alighted at Arab St. (opposite Jalan Kubor). While waiting, we hang around at a nearby coffeeshop opposite The Sultan Mosque. The services are quite unreasonable and slow and it's kindda filthy and I don't why because when I ordered a drink and pour in my Coke Light, I noticed that it's oily on my Coke Light. Forgetting it's like that, I drank it and when it's empty, I noticed again that there's "something" stuck inside the ridges of the cup. So I went, WHAT THE FUCK!!?

We went jamming afterwards and during that time, both Jam (Rafe's girlfriend) and her friend showed up. It's my first time jamming with both Rafe and Jam and first time seen a girl on the drums. The best part was when we sang a Reggae song composed/written by an anonymous person. After jamming, all of us went separate ways. Me, Salleh, Aif, Ira and Jimmy went to a bus stop opposite Bugis and took Bus No. 851. Both me and Salleh alighted at AMK Ave 6, while Jimmy went home and Aif went to send Ira back home to Yishun. I went to draw out some cash before heading over to MacDonz along AMK Ave 6. As the place was crowded, we look for empty seats. While searching, we coincidentally met Pak Long (my uncle on my dad's side) and his family. After chatting with them, we found a seat and settle down before ordering our meals. We went somewhere around there to hang out afterwards and chit-chat until 1am before we took a cab home.

The next afternoon, both me and Salleh meet up at Hougang Mall LJS (Long John Silver) and had my lunch there (as Salleh's not eating). Afterwards, we head over to Penin again and along the way, Sam called me and I asked him out. He agreed and will be meeting us at Penin. When the 3 of us was there, we went down to a shop to poke some holes for my belt as it's too loose for me. We went to Davis again to buy my guitar bag as it's too uncomfortable for me to carry. After walking around the area, Salleh saw an "Avenged Sevenfold" bag and he fancies it. We went to the shop and take a look. I asked him if he likes it but he said he'd buy it when his next pay comes. Eventually, I bought him the bag for $18 and both me and Sam joked with him that it's his birthday present... an advanced one! Haha!!

We went to the second floor as I was craving to do my second shopping. We walked around the floor before finally went to the shop that usually I bought my T's. I bought 5 T's for $150. Luckily I brought my haversack to put in my folded guitar bag and my T's. We went to Funan for a drink and after that, Salleh left us there before me and Sam went to The Challenger to window shop. We went to survey the price of the laptops, checking out new games, etc. We hang around there for quite some time before heading to City Hall Interchange. Afterwards, we had our dinner at Sakura at Capitol Building. It's my first time there and the food were quite similar to Magic Wok. Then, we took a cab but in separate ways; I'm going home and Sam, meeting his "girlfriend" at Far East Plaza.

The next day, Salleh called me up to meet him at the coffeeshop opposite his block as usual to slack and smoke (that's what we usually do.. heh). As it was about to rain, we went to the block besides his block and hang around until 5:45pm and until the rains stops pouring.

Just so you know, Salleh has become my new best friend.. eventhough I had to put up with his nonsense and crappiness at times. Hope that our friendship last forever! See you pretty soon, old friend!

Don of the new age!

Buongiorno!!

Or should I say HELLO again to all in Italian? It's been a month or less than a week since the last time I've blogged. What more can I say, I'm a busy man now (hehe).. well, too busy to even share a story about my life and nonsense for the last few weeks and what I'd been up too. Frankly speaking, I'm busy now and I mean literally.. but thank God that I've nothing to do and I'm being spared to blog. I'm sure you'd feel the same way as I do if you're in my shoes/boots/slippers/whatever they called it nowadays. If you guys/girls don't know what the fuck (with the voice of an old Italian man doing like what the Indian man's hand sign when they wanna go and eat *if you'd watched Russell Peters' shows*) I'm talking about, I'm currently working and have been employed for the past 3 weeks. Gotten my salary, and it's finishing pretty soon (haha..!!) Life's great here but I don't know how long will this "greatness" lasts. Well, hope that I could stick up to this job till my contract ends. :)

Anyways, last Saturday, me, Arep M. (Aif) and his "eva-wonderful", Ira, Salleh (Yakub), Fashihah, featuring Jimmy (Ignis) ah eh! went to catch Saw V (not Saw Vee, not Saw Six, not See-Saw but..... Saw 5, just that I'm using the Roman numerals) @ where?? If you're thinking PSP, I think you should go home right now, lock yourself up in your filthy and smelly room and play your fucking PSP but if you'd think it's @ PS (Plaza Singapura), you're RIGHT!! Well, it's been awhile since the last time I'd watched gore/R-ratted... I mean R-rated movies but I should think that Saw V is the bears... Again, I mean best compared to the previous ones.

Initially, we'd planned to watched @ PS but instead, we went to check out @ The Cathay. After seeing that the movie timing of Saw V was "outrageous" (timing was around 10pm till twilight), we went back to PS and bought the tickets for 6 @ 7:30pm. We waited for Fash to meet us @ PS but sadly, it's her first. She said she was @ the MRT control station on the other side so we waited for her before the pedestrian. When she'd finally met us, we went to the Kopitiam @ PS and dine. While we're ordering food and drinks, Jimmy ah eh! comes in to join the clique. After eating, we went out for a puff while the 2 girls remain seated. We went to catch the show afterwards.

After the show, we went to the carpark and have a puff when Zaf called Arep and asked maneng kaowww? He wants to meet us up around PS and after that, to Arab St. for a shisha. Jimmy was separated as he wants to head down to Clarke Quay. Then Zaf arrives and we followed him to The Cathay cause he wants to draw some cash. Then We went to take 2 separate cabs there. Upon arriving @ Pahang St. (which is somewhere in Arab St. but actually, it's a Malaysian state not an Arab state), we waited for the "couple" to arrive outside a nearby 7-11 store. When they'd arrived, we went inside Amirah's Grill and asked for a private room upstairs. We settled there till before 12:30am as both Ira and Fash need to go home asap. So the 6 of us went separate ways; Arep went to send the 2 girls back in Yishun, me, Zaf and Salleh went to hang around @ Arep's block till he arrives here.

When he'd arrived, we went to the nearest coffeeshop and settled down. Salleh told us he got to cabot already cause he's kindda sleepy, tired and have to wake up morning as we're gonna have breakfast @ Jalan Kayu. After a few minutes and a few puffs later, we also cabot and went to ton @ Arep's crib. The 2 of them slept except for me.

The next morning (Sunday), I went home for awhile, just to put my stuffs and head back to Arep's. I called Salleh that we'll meet up first @ Arep's. When Salleh arrives, the 2 of them were still sleeping in which a few moments later, Arep wokes and then, Zaf. We left the house @ 10am..... and Zaf got his bike prac in ½ hours time, meaning that he won't be joining us for breakfast @ Jalan Kayu. We took a cab for 2 places; SCDC @ YCK and Jalan Kayu. We drop him there and head over to Jalan Kayu. Upon arriving, we settled down and called the waiter for the menu. Rudely, the waiter says that there's no menu for breakfast and walks away. :( The 3 of us (me, Arep and Salleh) were damned pissed. I mean, what kindda of fucking waiter is this? Well, @ least he'd say "Sorry sir but we don't have the menu for breakfast"... now isn't that pleasant? I don't think he deserves to be a fucking waiter @ all!!! Anyways, we called for another waiter to take our order.

After we had done, we waited @ the bus stop to take Bus No. 86 to AMK Ave 6 to play LAN but at last, we decided to drop @ YCK MRT Station to wait for Zaf to finish his bike prac. After nearly 2 hours of waiting, motivating Salleh and tolerating his nonsense (initially his (Zaf) bike prac was supposed to finish around 12+, but in the end, it exceeded 1pm), we decided to take Bus No. 13 to AMK w/o him depending if he could meet us before the bus arrives. Finally he made it and we took the bus to AMK. Upon arriving, we went to the nearest hawker center to bought some drinks for ourselves. During that time, we met Jimmy's parents @ Banquet. So we bought the drinks for them too. After talking to them, we decided to cancel our LAN shit and head over to Jimmy's crib. We went there by foot and along the way, we do all kindda foolish nonsense shit. The journey from AMK Ave 6 to AMK Ave 5 (Jimmy's crib) was fucking heinous especially under the hot sun. Finally, we'd arrived only to rest there for awhile before going up to Jimmy's. Upon arriving, we rest there again until the clock ticks to 3pm, I decided to head back home cause I was fucking physically faggot to the core (ie. tired). Both me and Salleh took a cab home as it was about to rain.

Well... I guessed that's it for today and I hoped that I'm not writing an essay nor a compo cause I think it's gonna be a fucking long one. If I don't blogged now, then someone will continue to prompt me and say "Update your fucking blog lah!" I hope you know who you are. :)

I ringraziamenti per leggere! (Thanks for reading!) ^_^

Yyyaaayyy!!

Finally, my baju kurung is ready! After 1½ - 2 months I've been waiting to take it but many atimes I call, the seamstress says it wasn't ready until they called me up last Saturday and it's finally ready. I'll be picking it up @ JCC (Joo Chiat Complex) tomorrow night. Well, it's been awhile since I made my baju kurung here since I always made it outstation for the past few years.

Today, I was up @ 4:30pm and checked my phone that there're 4 missed calls and 2 messages. I'd checked the messages. First was from Sam (which I called him back afterwards coz he wanna meet up with Najib) and then, Zaf (I didn't reply back to him). Then I checked on the missed calls. 1 missed call was from my former campmate (but I didn't call him back afterwards), the other one I can't remember who and the other 2 missed calls was from Sam's office (I guessed). After talking to Sam, we decided to meet up @ Simei and break our fast there coz later, he wanna meet up with Najib (in which the latter brings Achit along). So I took bus No. 88 to Pasir Ris, drop @ the interchange and took a train to Simei as there's no direct bus from Hougang to Simei.

While waiting for the break fast timing, we hang around @ EastPoint. While walking, Sam approaches this guy who was having a roadshow (I guessed) there. They're all talking about some insurance thingy; this guy is from NTUC Income and Sam is from Prudential. Seems like both of them are alikes but the guy doesn't know that Sam is also like him (I hope you know what I'm talking about). Well, I know nothing of these so I went up to find the location of Banquet. After they had end their conversation, we went up to Banquet to break our fast.

After finishing our meal, we went down to have a puff (not curry puff ah!). Before we head down to a nearby void deck to settle down, we went to buy bubble teas for ourselves. After reaching @ a nearby void deck, we waited for Najib too drop by. Before that, we're unaware that Achit will be meeting us until Najib called Sam that he's @ the MRT Station waiting for Achit. When they'd arrived, we begin our conversation and half way through, Salleh called and told me that he can't make it to Geylang tomorrow night coz he'd to work last minute. WTF!? I try to psycho him to cabot but he still says that he can't. Dammit! I called Aif whether he'll be free on Saturday to accompany me to Geylang since he's busy with his drama practice tomorrow night. So he said that he'll be free tomorrow afternoon after Friday prayers. So I was like OK!

After an hour there, both Najib and Achit decided to go somewhere so left only me and Sam. After talking like before 10:30pm, we decided to head back home. I called Aif and told him that I won't be meeting him tomorrow. So he was like OK! (with the tone of Jen's bass voice) We took the train but from the opposite sides; Sam towards Eunos and me towards Pasir Ris. When I'd reached Pasir Ris, (again like before) I took bus No. 88 towards home.

Once again, I just can't wait to see my baju kurung tomorrow. Hopefully it's purely and 100% ready. No more LATER DATES!!

What they cannot see..

HHHEEEEELLLLLOOOOO EVERYBUDDY!!!

Hmmm.. What a long vacation since the last time I blogged. Actually, I'm not on a vacation for the past few weeks but just feel damn lazy to blog, apart from a good story to talk about. From laziness to procrastination. Haiz! Most people would come to say to me;
"Ape da nak jadi ngan kau ehk?" or "Abe kau tak cari kerja?" (with the tone of Aif's mom) but slowly I'm beginning to accept these facts from them as times passes by. Well speaking about finding a job, I might get it after Raya coz I wanna relax first. If I on a hunt now, it'll be quite hectic for me especially on a daytime where I need to fast (which is obligatory in Ramadan).

About today, I hadn't much to talk about coz I've been spending the entire day @ home. What I'll be covering is yesterday story.

Yesterday as usual, I woke up around 6:30pm and I break fast @ home with my family. I was rushing to The Malay Village to catch Sam's show titled Apa Yang Kita Tak Nampak @ the
Singgahsana Hall in The Malay Village. Upon getting out from home, Aif called me that he, Zaf & Ira are heading over to Geylang and he asked me out. So I told them that I'm heading to Geylang too but I'll be taking a cab. So I asked them to hop-in and wait @ the bus-stop near Serangoon North CC. After picking them up, we head down to The Malay Village. Upon reaching there, I lead them to the place and wait outside coz there's too many people queuing to buy the tickets. Once there's like nobody, both me and Zaf head in as both Aif and Ira not joining.

The unique thing about this show is that, there's no chair to seat and the play is not at the stage. So we enjoyed the show for 1½ hours. The show ended with all the family, friends and fans came in to greet, to shake hands & taking pictures with the actors & actresses. Sam was at his smartest (which I think if he wears both a scarf and a fedora would be damn
AWESOME just like Mr Big in the Micheal Jackson's movie Moonwalker) hehe..

Afterwards, both me and Zaf met up both Fuad and Alvin nearby and we just walk around the bazaar. We decided to go to Ang Mo Kio to play LAN games. So we head up there by bus and reached there around 11:30pm. We went to play for an hour coz the shop's closing @ 1am. We just hang out around there till 2am. Both of us took a cab home.

Excited, fun but tired..

Greetings fellow readers!

Ha! Finally, I've got something interesting to talk about but nothing much today (as on 29-08-2008, Friday) coz I'd just woke up like 2½ hours ago. Hahaha!! I seldom sleep like long hours unless if I'm damned tired/sleepy. For instance, I slept about 4:30am in the morning till 8:30pm in the evening and it was like WOW!! 16 hours on the bed.. Hmmm.. Must be damned tired huh?

Anyways, that Wednesday morning at around 6:45am, a friend of mine, Ayie fetch me from home to his Office coz I got a job interview there when the office opens which is at 8:15am. We look at the time and its still early so we went to a coffeeshop nearby to have breakfast. After breakfast, we went to the office by Ayie's Company Van. Before that, Ayie was parking his car somewhere around those bunglow estates. We waited outside the office till his superiors came in and unlock the office door. I went in and fill up the Job Application Form and once finished, I went to see this lady who'd be interviewing me. After I'm done with the interview, I called up Ayie where's he right now. He went to pick me up somewhere around there.. Which I'm supposed to go home afterwards but I asked Ayie that since he's off the job alone why not me accompanying him just to see what does he really do daily on his job.

Haha!! It was fun to see what he really does; a pest controller. Everyday, eliminating pests from people's houses to a ferry.. And I bet smelling those toxic gas wasn't a good idea eventhough you're wearing your mask. The worst still is that the van is clouded with diesel smell especially when you're inside the van and its raining outside.

One of the longest stay that we went were at HabourFront and it took like 1½ hours to get it done as for most jobs it'll take like less than an hour. His job was on a ferry eliminating bedbugs &.... even cats?? My goodness! Hmmm.. Probably I understand why there're bedbugs on board the ferry! Meanwhile, I walk around HabourFront area including Vivo City and felt bored afterwards. So I called Sam (just for fun) to know where's he. He told me that he was at the MRT having a roadshow. Well, that's GREAT! I might use him as company in the mean time.

Suddenly it starts to drizzle and finally, rain. After saying hi hi & bye bye to Sam, I went back to the van and called Ayie to asked him where's he. He's still in that GOD DAMNED ferry and now what time is it! I was back in the van just to make sure there's no TP around to saman us for parking on a double yellow line. Thank god, Ayie finally finished and board onto the van. He told me that he's hungry & thirsty. I told him I'd bought pastries for the both of us. Before we went to a nearby gas station to buy a drink, we went to this big house coz the residence there complained that there's a snake in her house toilet. Ayie told me whether I could handle the snake as he's to scarred to handle snakes. At first, I was thinking NO but suddenly I realised that I've watched HOT SHOTS! PART DEUX & how Charlie Sheen handle the snake in the jungle. So I told Ayie just leave everything to me. He wasn't to confident that I could handle it so he called he's other colleges to do the job. Meanwhile, I waited outside the house while it's still raining outside not knowing what those guys are up to in the house. Finally, they'd handled it in 1 piece... I mean in a ziplock bag; It's only a baby snake! At first, I thought it was an earthworm but Ayie told me it's a snake. Yup! It's a snake with it's tougue sticking out like one. We head on several few places later till 6:30pm.

Once we'd finished everything, he drop me at the same coffeeshop and went back to the office to take a shower. I told him that I'll be waiting outside his car as the coffeeshop is closing. Once done, he parked his van nearby and drove me towards the bus stop near Ang Mo Kio MRT. I rushed towards Bus 74 and board it. It was fun though, but tired even I didn't do the work! Hahaha!!

Well, here's a pic for that day..
