Excited, fun but tired..

Greetings fellow readers!

Ha! Finally, I've got something interesting to talk about but nothing much today (as on 29-08-2008, Friday) coz I'd just woke up like 2½ hours ago. Hahaha!! I seldom sleep like long hours unless if I'm damned tired/sleepy. For instance, I slept about 4:30am in the morning till 8:30pm in the evening and it was like WOW!! 16 hours on the bed.. Hmmm.. Must be damned tired huh?

Anyways, that Wednesday morning at around 6:45am, a friend of mine, Ayie fetch me from home to his Office coz I got a job interview there when the office opens which is at 8:15am. We look at the time and its still early so we went to a coffeeshop nearby to have breakfast. After breakfast, we went to the office by Ayie's Company Van. Before that, Ayie was parking his car somewhere around those bunglow estates. We waited outside the office till his superiors came in and unlock the office door. I went in and fill up the Job Application Form and once finished, I went to see this lady who'd be interviewing me. After I'm done with the interview, I called up Ayie where's he right now. He went to pick me up somewhere around there.. Which I'm supposed to go home afterwards but I asked Ayie that since he's off the job alone why not me accompanying him just to see what does he really do daily on his job.

Haha!! It was fun to see what he really does; a pest controller. Everyday, eliminating pests from people's houses to a ferry.. And I bet smelling those toxic gas wasn't a good idea eventhough you're wearing your mask. The worst still is that the van is clouded with diesel smell especially when you're inside the van and its raining outside.

One of the longest stay that we went were at HabourFront and it took like 1½ hours to get it done as for most jobs it'll take like less than an hour. His job was on a ferry eliminating bedbugs &.... even cats?? My goodness! Hmmm.. Probably I understand why there're bedbugs on board the ferry! Meanwhile, I walk around HabourFront area including Vivo City and felt bored afterwards. So I called Sam (just for fun) to know where's he. He told me that he was at the MRT having a roadshow. Well, that's GREAT! I might use him as company in the mean time.

Suddenly it starts to drizzle and finally, rain. After saying hi hi & bye bye to Sam, I went back to the van and called Ayie to asked him where's he. He's still in that GOD DAMNED ferry and now what time is it! I was back in the van just to make sure there's no TP around to saman us for parking on a double yellow line. Thank god, Ayie finally finished and board onto the van. He told me that he's hungry & thirsty. I told him I'd bought pastries for the both of us. Before we went to a nearby gas station to buy a drink, we went to this big house coz the residence there complained that there's a snake in her house toilet. Ayie told me whether I could handle the snake as he's to scarred to handle snakes. At first, I was thinking NO but suddenly I realised that I've watched HOT SHOTS! PART DEUX & how Charlie Sheen handle the snake in the jungle. So I told Ayie just leave everything to me. He wasn't to confident that I could handle it so he called he's other colleges to do the job. Meanwhile, I waited outside the house while it's still raining outside not knowing what those guys are up to in the house. Finally, they'd handled it in 1 piece... I mean in a ziplock bag; It's only a baby snake! At first, I thought it was an earthworm but Ayie told me it's a snake. Yup! It's a snake with it's tougue sticking out like one. We head on several few places later till 6:30pm.

Once we'd finished everything, he drop me at the same coffeeshop and went back to the office to take a shower. I told him that I'll be waiting outside his car as the coffeeshop is closing. Once done, he parked his van nearby and drove me towards the bus stop near Ang Mo Kio MRT. I rushed towards Bus 74 and board it. It was fun though, but tired even I didn't do the work! Hahaha!!

Well, here's a pic for that day..
